MOS is a small business. All Jewellery is handmade, therefore each piece will differ slightly from the ones pictured online.
Please note all orders can take up to 6 weeks to be made and sent to you.
Each piece is express posted to ensure quickest and safest arrival.
MOS is not responsible for any postage issues. Once your order has been sent to the provided address and you have received a tracking number, MOS is no longer responsible for the package. This includes wrong postal address being provided/stolen packages and country restrictions for receiving Aus post.

If a package has been returned to sender for any reasons that are not in my control you will need to pay extra postage.
MOS does not offer returns for change of mind or resizing on any pieces purchased.
Please when picking your piece and size choose correctly before making payment.

If you have placed an order for a 'made to order' piece and later realised you have chosen the wrong size you have 3 days to correct it by emailing me at [email protected]
If any items received are faulty, evidence must be provided within 2 days of receiving the item. If an item is faulty and can be fixed, it will be fixed and returned back to you. If an item is faulty and can’t be fixed you will receive a full refund given you have provided the fault within the 2 days of receiving the piece. Any issues after that will not be MOS responsibility.
